CN-05-2006: The purpose of this letter is to provide clarification on Child Support non-cooperation sanctions.
CN-07-2006: Work First Manual Section 263Pt1
CN-06-2006: The following manual sections have been changed: 102,104, 111, 130, 201, 202 and 206.
CN-08-2006: The attached policy manual revisions are intended to bring North Carolina’s Work First Program in compliance with federal law and rule.
CN-01-2005: Work First Manual Section 102, Short-Term Services and Benefits, Figures 1 and 2, have been revised to update the chart that shows 200% of the Federal Poverty Guidelines.
CN-03-2005: Based on recommendations made by the Office of Civil Rights (OCR), policy changes have been made on the appropriate use of social security numbers in sections 104, 110, and 111.
CN-02-2005: Changes made to this section reflect current policy regarding Workers Compensation for Work Experience participants.
CN-04-2005: Work First Manual Section 118, including figures 2 and 10, were updated to reflect the new Workers Compensation Insurance Carrier, Granite State Company/AIG Group.
CN-02-2004: Work First Manual Section 102, Short-Term Services and Benefits, Figures 1 and 2, have been revised to update the chart that shows 200% of the Federal Poverty Guidelines.
