CN-04-2004: Procedures are being added to Section 210 (Payment Procedures) of the Work First Manual
CN-03-2004: The most significant change is the addition, at I. B., of a list of required verifications and documentation. Part II is also revised to clarify that a face to face interview is required at least once every twelve months.
CN-05-2004: North Carolina implemented a new state TANF Plan effective October 1, 2003.
CN-06-2004: These changes are being implemented to conform to changes contained in the TANF State Plan approved by the General Assembly (P.L. 104-193) that was effective October 1, 2003.

CN-13-2004: The purpose of this change notice is to correct code “AJCD” which is used to decrease balance on a claim in EPICS.
