Published below is the completed version of the Subsidized Child Care Assistance Program Policy Manual.

In preparation of the October 1, 2023, implementation date, you will begin to see changes to the links below.  If you have policy questions during this time, please consult with your TA or contact the Policy Help Desk.

The newly completed version of the manual is effective October 01, 2023. Counties are expected to be consistent with implementing the 2023 version of the SCCA manual for case management beginning October 01, 2023.
