EP-CN-01-2003: In accordance with Section 404 of the Personal Responsibility and Work Opportunity Reconciliation Act of 1996, Public Law 104-193 as amended September 28, 2000 (65 FR 58301), aliens known to be living in the U.S. unlawfully must be reported to the Immigration and Naturalization Service.
EP-CN-06-2003: Policy is updated annually to reflect program rules.
EP-CN-04-2003: The purpose of this change notice is to provide instructions for implementation of the new Crisis Intervention Program (CIP) Automated system.
