CN-02-2004: Work First Manual Section 102, Short-Term Services and Benefits, Figures 1 and 2, have been revised to update the chart that shows 200% of the Federal Poverty Guidelines.

CN-01-2004: This change is effective immediately and makes obsolete DSS Administrative Letter No. 06-2003 Economic Independence.
