CN-SIS-06-2021: New Service Codes 887 Low Income Household Water Assistance Program (LIHWAP) with Program Code WAP and 893 Low Income Household Water Assistance Program (Services) Part II Only. Appendix B has been edited to reflect the changes above.
CN-SIS-05-2021: SIS 100.02 Use of the Form has been updated to include revised instructions when using the DSS-5027 form.

CN-SIS-04-2021: SIS 300.02 Service Code 202 – Protective Services for Adult/Evaluation and Service Code 204 – Protective Services for Adult/Evaluation have been updated to include use with Program Code – MAC – Medicaid Admistrative Claiming. The Program Code description can be found in SIS 400.
CN-SIS-01-2021: Program Code N is now valid with Service Code 750.
CN-SIS-02-2021: The use of Program Code N2 with Service Code 750 in SIS is temporarily suspended due to technical issues within the County Administration Reimbursement System (CARS).
